All UK orders are sent via a fully tracked delivery service.

  • Orders placed before 2pm GMT on a working day will be dispatched the same day.
  • Express Delivery is not available to certain remote postcodes (including some Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands). Please check at checkout for availability.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery for higher-value orders.

International Delivery

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping costs are kept as low as possible and are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your parcel.

Please note:

  • International delivery costs are calculated at checkout and are displayed before you complete your purchase.
  • Free delivery thresholds for international orders may be introduced from time to time — please check our homepage for current promotions.
  • You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees that may be applied by your local customs authority upon arrival. NEXISEC LTD has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
  • If you refuse to pay customs charges and the parcel is returned to us, your original shipping cost will not be refunded, and any return shipping fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and dispatched from our Exeter warehouse on working days only (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays) .
  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has left our facility.
  • During busy periods (e.g., seasonal sales, new collections), please allow an extra 1–2 working days for dispatch.

Tracking Your Order

All UK orders and most international orders include full tracking. You can track your parcel using the link provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

Failed Deliveries

If you are not home when your delivery arrives, our courier partners will either:

  • Leave the parcel in a safe place (if you have authorised this at checkout);
  • Leave the parcel with a neighbour;

Please note that NEXISEC LTD is not liable for parcels that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If you have special delivery instructions, please include them when placing your order.

Delivery to PO Boxes and BFPO

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. BFPO (British Forces Post Office) deliveries are accepted; however, delivery times may be significantly longer than standard estimates. Please contact our customer service team before placing a BFPO order to confirm availability.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

In the unlikely event that your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  • UK orders: Please allow 5 working days beyond the estimated delivery date before contacting us.
  • International orders: Please allow 10 working days beyond the estimated delivery date.

Once this period has passed, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
